So, what is Fractional HR?

Fractional HR is essentially experienced HR support on a part-time basis.

Instead of employing a full-time HR Manager or HR Director, you bring in the level of HR experience your business needs for an agreed number of hours or days.

That could mean one or two days each week, a fixed number of hours each month or another arrangement that works around your business.

You still get senior HR knowledge and practical support, just without paying for a full-time role you may not need.
